This device set is used to teach hydraulic basics by means of exercises. This equipment set is used to teach hydraulic basics by means of exercises. Only industrial components of nominal size 6 are used, which are specially prepared for use in the training area. The equipment set is coordinated with the exercise book on/off hydraulics – manual operation (according to BIBB), which covers BIBB exercises A-H. The exercises with the listed components can be carried out on the Hydraulix 200 workstation as well as on the Hydraulix 300 workstation.
Through logically structured, practical exercises, the trainee should:
- understand physical laws of hydraulics such as pressure difference, opening cross-section and volume flow,
- learn the legal requirements and safety regulations and apply them,
- understand the function of basic hydraulic circuits,
- recognise the typical behaviour of hydraulic components in different operating situations,
- determine characteristic values and derive characteristic curves from them.
